Ikebana-Zen
Located in New York City, Ikebana-Zen allows full exposure of its elegant interior design through the lively French windows architecturally designed to make the most use of light. The restaurant itself is a form of artwork that merges the urban life of New York with the conventional Japanese Omakase style cuisine through the abstract sense of ephemerality created by material, color and light. The Kangji character in the logo means good and virtue, which also pronounce the same as 「Zen禅」, the red stamp lotus flower indicates the name and the special usage of edible flower in the dishes.
The main color of Ikebana-Zen's brand design is a calm and connotative dark blue, and the use of dark champagne color echoes with the undulating champagne-cascade coil curtain inside the restaurant, reflecting a high-quality and calm dining environment provided by the restaurant.
